Insiders guide: Where to eat at Market

We want to let you in on some pro-tips for eating at High Point Market. Broken down between two areas and 10 vendor locations, we share some of the best kept food secrets at Market!

 

Market Square & Elm

Visual Comfort

In the back of the space, a bar serves appetizers and sweets throughout the day. If you have an account, they also serve a healthy lunch.

Alder Tweed 

In the back-right corner, there's a candy wall that's sure to delight! With an array of treats neatly organized in glass jars, you'll easily discover something you love. Plus, they serve delicious appetizers and sweets throughout the day—think Crumble Cookies!

Arteriors 

They typically start serving cocktails at the bar after 3 pm, located between their spaces on the first floor.

Hudson Valley Lighting

Located midway along the Corbett section, they offer the best cup of coffee at market! They also serve donuts in the morning and a variety of appetizers and desserts throughout midday and afternoon.

Hinkley

They serve a healthy lunch in the back and offer a full bar. This year, they had a tiramisu that was to die for! Bonus!-they also provide excellent lip balm.

Universal Furniture

Breakfast and lunch options are typically healthy. For breakfast, you can choose from oatmeal, eggs, breakfast meats, cut fruit, smoothies, and custom coffees. For lunch, they offer BBQ, tacos, sandwiches, and more. There's also a fantastic outdoor patio where you can enjoy your meal.

Blue Ocean Traders

Enjoy delicious mimosas and the best donuts! They also offer lunch boxes filled with sandwiches and fresh fruit. Remember to line up as early as 6 AM on the Thursday before the market to tag what you want in the warehouse. Please bring pre-made stickers with your name on them. You will receive an order number to put on the stickers, but it's important to move quickly!

Caracole

Situated on the High Point University campus, this place offers a delightful selection of soup, salad, and a main dish. Enjoy the abundance of natural light and a welcoming seating area as you relax before shopping.

Dovetail 

Pro Tip! Don't forget to grab your LOVE bag at Dovetail. They always have one-of-a-kind totes with the word LOVE in cute fabrics on neutral-colored bags.

Thibaut
